S.W.O.T. School is designed to share marketing strategies while simultaneously building morale and collaboration among a Real Estate Team and or business. The courses are designed to accommodate the needs of a seasoned Agent, new Agent, Affiliate Partners, and Employees. The course content will incorporate
the latest marketing trends to assist agents to achieve their professional and financial goals. Classes are being created monthly, if there is a topic you do not see, please connect with us and we will create the course for you.
Stewart S.W.O.T. School Course Structure:
Course length and frequency. Depending on the course topic and available instruction time; the course can be delivered in the following formats/frequency

Option 1: Bi-weekly – 30 minutes of industry product knowledge. 30 minutes of marketing tips.

Investment: $75 per class (Up to 30 participants)

Option 2: Weekly – Alternating 45min industry product knowledge and marketing tips each week.

This course will help you determine your initial road map to accomplish your financial goals. We will focus on getting the most out of your budget as a REALTOR®. What expenses you can use as a tax write-off, plus making sure PLLC is properly set up.

This is an interactive class. It is strongly encouraged for participants to bring their laptops and or tablets. In this course, we go over setting up and managing a successful Facebook/Instagram business account. REALTORS® we will also go over all of the ADRE compliance requirements. You will also learn to utilize the new Facebook Business Suite that allows you to manage both Facebook and Instagram with ease.
